Coulter Mixer

A plow-field mixer, also known as a plow-field mixer, or a plow-field shear mixer, consists of a cylindrical drum with shovel-shaped mixing elements mounted on a central horizontal shaft. Once the material is loaded into the drum, the shaft rotates at high speed, throwing the material upwards and causing it to settle in a random way. The rotating movement of the product in the drum prevents the formation of dead corners and low motion areas and ensures rapid and uniform mixing.
