Rotary Shaft Seals Chocolate Refiner
The rotating and stationary rings are made of FDA-compliant materials. Other metal parts use high-performance ion-hardened stainless steel. O-rings and shaft sleeves are food-grade silicone or fluoro rubber. Clamps, seal housings and end covers are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel.

Rotary Shaft Seals
The shaft seal mounting base, O‑rings, rotating ring and end cover can all be made in split structure, enabling easy maintenance and replacement.
They can also be used for on‑site upgrade and replacement of equipment packing seals, framework oil seals and mechanical seals without disassembly.
Operating temperature range: -60 ~ 120 °C
Operating pressure range: 0.06 ~ 0.2Mpa
Linear speed: 0 ~ 1.2 m/s
