Low-Friction PTFE-Based Rotary Shaft Seals

BL-DJL complies with Meiwei FDA certification. The static ring and movable ring of the shaft seal are made of high-performance modified PTFE material, PEEK1000 and special metal processes. The shaft seal installation base, 0-ring, static ring, movable ring, and end cover can be made into partial structures, which are easy to maintain and replace. It is also used for on-site demolishing-free upgrades and replacement of equipment filler seals, skeleton oil seals and mechanical seals. The shell is a double-end heat runner.

Experimental analysis demonstrates that PTFE-based seals significantly reduce friction torque and wear compared to conventional elastomer seals, while maintaining reliable sealing performance. These properties make them ideal for use in electric motors, automotive systems, and other high-efficiency rotating equipment.
