The Rotary Shaft Seals Continuous Mixer is a high-performance mixing system engineered for uninterrupted, consistent blending of powders, granules, and other bulk materials. Equipped with rotary shaft seals, the mixer provides reliable sealing at critical shaft entry points, effectively preventing product leakage and protecting against contamination—even under demanding process conditions such as high temperatures or pressures. Its continuous operation design enables steady material flow and uniform product quality, making it ideal for large-scale production environments in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and construction industries. The robust sealing and mixing performance ensure low maintenance, high hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
BL-D complies with Meiwei FDA certification. The static ring and movable ring of the shaft seal are made of high-performance modified PTFE material, PEEK1000 and special metal processes. The shaft seal installation base, 0-ring, static ring, movable ring, and end cover can be made into a partial structure, which is easy to maintain and replace. It can also be used for on-site demolishing-free upgrades and replacement of equipment filler seals, skeleton oil seals and mechanical seals.
