Equipped with robust rotary shaft seals, the system ensures reliable containment of vapors, dust, and product at shaft entry points, even under high vacuum or pressure conditions. These seals are critical for maintaining a controlled environment, preventing contamination, and minimizing product loss. The paddle dryer utilizes rotating shafts with attached paddles to promote thorough mixing and uniform heat transfer, enabling fast and energy-efficient drying. BL-DJ complies with Meiwei FDA certification. The static ring and movable ring of the shaft seal are made of high-performance modified PTFE material, PEEK1000 and special metal processes. The shaft seal installation base, 0-ring, static ring, movable ring, and end cover can be made into partial structures, which are easy to maintain and replace. It is also used for on-site demolishing-free upgrades and replacement of equipment filler seals, skeleton oil seals and mechanical seals. The shell is a double-end heat runner.
