Rotary Shaft Seals
BL-DJ complies with Meiwei FDA certification. The static ring and movable ring of the shaft seal are made of high-performance modified PTFE material, PEEK1000 and special metal processes. The shaft seal installation base, 0-ring, static ring, movable ring, and end cover can be made into partial structures, which are easy to maintain and replace. It is also used for on-site demolishing-free upgrades and replacement of equipment filler seals, skeleton oil seals and mechanical seals. The shell is a double-end heat runner.

Finite element analysis and experimental testing confirm that the optimized seal geometry and material composition effectively minimize deformation and leakage under high pressure and dynamic loading. The results demonstrate the seal’s reliability, long service life, and suitability for harsh operating environments.
