The Rotary Shaft Seals Type Coulter Blender is a robust and high-performance mixing system designed for intensive blending of dry powders, granules, and low-moisture materials. Featuring advanced rotary shaft seals, the blender ensures effective sealing at the shaft entry points, preventing material leakage and external contamination even under high-speed, high-shear operation. The Coulter (or ploughshare) mixing blades generate a fluidized mixing zone, enabling fast, uniform, and gentle processing of sensitive materials. This design is particularly well-suited for applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and additive manufacturing industries, where cleanliness, efficiency, and process integrity are critical. The sealed design also supports operation in inert gas or dust-controlled environments.
BL-D complies with Meiwei FDA certification. The static ring and movable ring of the shaft seal are made of high-performance modified PTFE material, PEEK1000 and special metal processes. The shaft seal installation base, 0-ring, static ring, movable ring, and end cover can be made into a partial structure, which is easy to maintain and replace. It can also be used for on-site demolishing-free upgrades and replacement of equipment filler seals, skeleton oil seals and mechanical seals.
