The BFZ powder vacuum butterfly valve produced by our company is made of 304/316L stainless steel. It features light weight, small size, and simple maintenance, making it a highly cost-effective pneumatic valve. The product has a pressure rating of 0.4 MPa, and opens and closes quickly and easily with a 90° rotation. It is suitable for temperatures up to 120℃. Sealing options include lined and fully lined types, using high-quality silicone and fluororubber materials. Connection methods include flanged and wafer types, and control methods include on/off and regulating types. It can also be equipped with different driving devices such as manual, electric, and pneumatic actuators according to working conditions, meeting different control requirements and serving functions such as long-distance switching, blocking, or regulating flow rate. It is widely used in applications involving water, gas, oil, and powder media, and can be applied to industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beer and dairy, biotechnology, and fine chemicals.

Pneumatic Six-Lobe Butterfly Valve
Product Overview
This six-lobe valve assists in material discharge, with a rotation speed of 9-18 revolutions per minute, and is suitable for powdery and small granular materials. Product features include a simple structure, easy disassembly for cleaning, smooth and quiet operation, and a compact size.
The valve body and blades can be customized according to customer requirements. The valve body material is 304 or 316 stainless steel, and the valve plate material is 304, 316, or TA2.
Two options are available: electric actuator or pneumatic actuator.
