Believe Rotary Shaft Seal Installation and Maintenance

Mechanical seals have high installation requirements, demanding precise alignment. The installation sequence and position of each component are strictly controlled; improper installation can easily lead to seal failure. Maintenance is relatively complex, often requiring disassembly of multiple components, and demands a high level of technical skill from maintenance personnel.
Packing seals are simple and convenient to install, requiring less technical expertise. Sealing is achieved simply by tightening the gland bolts. Maintenance is also relatively easy; when the packing wears out, simply loosen the gland bolts and add or replace the packing, without disassembling many components.
Believe rotary shaft seals can be manufactured in a fully modular form, simplifying installation and maintenance. Subsequent replacement of wear parts does not require disassembling the gearbox and bearings, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.
